IDF Warns Palestinians to Avoid Military Zones During Ceasefire
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have issued a stern warning to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip to avoid areas where troops will remain deployed following the ceasefire agreement with Hamas.
Col. Avichay Adraee, the IDF’s Arabic-language spokesman, emphasized the dangers of approaching military zones. “Do not approach IDF troops in the area until further notice. Approaching the forces exposes you to danger,” he stated in an X post.

Specific areas to avoid include the Netzarim Corridor and the buffer zone along the entire border with Israel.
The ceasefire agreement outlines a phased return for Gazans, including pedestrian access on foot and the eventual return of vehicles. However, strict movement restrictions will remain in place in designated military zones.
The IDF urges Palestinians to exercise extreme caution and adhere to all movement restrictions to ensure their safety.
